He will just gloss over all of the details. He does not realize that the customer doesn't sign mortgage papers every day. Due to his lack of communication with my realtor, we were unable to close on a house that I'd been waiting on for a year and caused us to miss the deadline. Then read the very fine print in the APR . 34 percent a month on that loan adds up quick to a lot of damn interest you're paying . 1500 $ borrowed and over 10k paid so far Wtf right? But that is also due to them putting there personal charge of an unknown insurance company on the rig you use as collateral . Your insurance which I have full coverage with Allstate is not adequate enough and if ya dispute there charges they will garnish you the amount they overcharge you ! Please read there papers thoroughly and if at all possible find someone else ! This dang place is wrong ! It's wrong what they do for no other reason than greed ! And I hear greed is kind of a bad way to go about your life ? I may be wrong but I could Never do what they do for a living !
