Terry (with whom I had most face time with) is the man with the plan. He is cordial, eloquent in explaining any issues he comes across, and ABOVE ALL incredibly efficient. I had originally asked for them to clean my tower out and fix several issues which they went above and beyond what I expected. It wasn't until later after business hours I had found another underlying issue to which I brought back the following morning. They took it in, no questions asked, and resolved the issue in a matter of a couple hours! No extra charge! TL;DR They provide excellent service in a very timely manner. I had been very unsatisified because it seemed like the internet goes out for days at a time and sometimes multiple times a day. (Several times I made them pro-rate my bill because of this). I will say, that since Vyve has taken over, the overall service is much, much better and I don't notice regular interruptions in service like I had experienced previously. I probably do need to talk to Vyve about a "repeater" because I like to use my phone/tablet in the garage and I don't get good signal out there, (but it's also on the complete opposite side of the house from where the base is in the master bedroom). I so desperately wanted to be able to get AT&T's UVerse previously, (what I had before moving), but at this time I'm very pleased with the Vyve service and will continue to subscribe to it.

I've had to call more than once about the same internet issues, slow upload speeds and going to certain websites will cause the entire internet service to drop off for around 30 seconds. tech people will do something and it will be okay for maybe a day and then the same things start happening again. Talking to their customer service people over the phone or in the office (I have no idea if there is more than one, I've been "lucky" to get the same one every time) and you get the impression of "why are you bothering me with your issues?" If you have other choice sin the Moses Lake area, take them, otherwise prepare to deal with what you get from Northland.
