After reviewing the estimates and talking to different painters, I landed on Oly Painting. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The hardest part of the project was selecting the color. Once we did that, we scheduled the paint job. Sache said it would take 3-4 days, and he was dead on. Every day he would check in in the morning and let me know what he was going to do and at the end of the day he let me know what was done. Excellent communication. Walls were painted wonderfully and all the nicks and dings of 25 years of use were fixed. Definitely pleased. I waited almost two months after the repair to write this review because I wanted to be sure it held up. It has. We have had several rainstorms since the repair, and the ceiling is still dry. It was Saturday morning when I called, a real person answered the phone, and within an hour Luis showed up. He inspected the roof (in the rain) and attic, found that the leak was coming from an attic vent, and explained that the shingles had not been properly lapped over the vent flashing. He also took the time to find the right material to match our unusual roof color, then fixed the leak and installed new shingles while it was still drizzling. Luis did a great job. Fast response, clear explanation, a fair price, and most important of all, the repair worked. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend LBNR Roofing.
