I waited almost two months after the repair to write this review because I wanted to be sure it held up. It has. We have had several rainstorms since the repair, and the ceiling is still dry. It was Saturday morning when I called, a real person answered the phone, and within an hour Luis showed up. He inspected the roof (in the rain) and attic, found that the leak was coming from an attic vent, and explained that the shingles had not been properly lapped over the vent flashing. He also took the time to find the right material to match our unusual roof color, then fixed the leak and installed new shingles while it was still drizzling. Luis did a great job. Bergen took accurate measurements and did the necessary calculations. DJ and John were very diligent with ensuring the mildew on the fascia boards located on the roof were cleaned--and they delivered! I inspected all around the house and the house was cleaned to my expectation. Two weeks later, father and son carpenters Mick and Jones worked very hard to replace the dry rotted T1-11 siding boards. Each of the panels are 9' x 4', and the repairs warranted 5 panels. Dry rot existed on the chimney box siding, and sidings by the kitchen and back of the house. Mick and Jones are very skilled carpenters, and they worked diligently and efficiently. I am very pleased with the repairs! A week later, the painting commenced. I was very PARTICULAR with the painters. I presented my attention to detail in a professional manner...the painters were very receptive to my requests.
