Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. If you cannot find the item on the shelf or they do not have it, they will certainly be more than willing to help you find it or order it. Don't waste your time going into this store. They don't seem to need any new customers. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon. There was one person in there besides the lady behind the counter. When I walked in, I felt as though I had interrupted something, although the 'customer' (?) was sitting in a chair across the room from the sales counter. She asked if she could help me as she continued working with something in her hands. I told her I was looking for gunsmithing service for my husband's rifle. She responded that they had no time for that right now, and had no idea when they might be able to do it in the future. Her expression and body language gave the impression she really had no interest in my needs and would just as soon I leave. I told her we were new to the area and asked if she could recommend another gunsmith who might be able to take a look at our rifle. She said no, everyone was too busy right now. I have no idea what their customer base is like, but they are completely unwelcoming and unaccommodating to new clients. They are only open 4 days a week, no weekends, and it seems to be hit-and-miss as to whether they will be open even during their posted hours of 9-5, T-F. I went there at 12:30 and the place was locked up with a note taped to the door "back at 1:09." So if you are not in a hurry and are not looking for anything akin to southern hospitality - or even basic customer service - give it a shot! read more
