The guys came out to inspect and gave us options and recommended a second floor unit. While it was a big financial investment we're happy with how it turned out. It ended up causing some whistling with the first floor unit, but they came out to adjust pieces, give us new vents in the walls, and make sure we were happy with the adjustments. All of their technicians were easy to work with and super courteous. They send you a text when the tech is on their way with a photo of them and a tracker which makes me feel safe if I'm ever home alone when they come. Heating and cooling is something you definitely want to get right as it impacts your everyday life!

I didn't realize until speaking with them this new style requires slightly different venting and plumbing but Anderson could oversee the whole thing. Because they handled the entire installation of my HVAC system a few years back and did a great job I knew they'd be perfect to do this install. We're loving this new system already and can't wait to see the benefits it shows over time. Once again they were great to show me my options, explain the process and provide a quick/simple install (only took a few hours-thanks Curtis!).
