Unfortunately this ended up being certified lock and access. I don't know who certified this people but they should be fired. I took my day off to make an appointment at 1:30 on a Thursday. After I noticed they were 15 minutes late I called to check in. The woman on the phone responded unapologetically that she would check in with her staff and get back to me. Cut to an hour and fifteen minutes later and still no call back. I then called again and got the same response as the first time around. Apparently she still could not get a hold of her staff. It's now 2 and a half hours past the appointment time I setup with no return call. Never going to use this service again.

I called to try to rectify situation. Explained my situation and it was an error. Owner was cold and uninterested. He said to pay $60 service call fee or go to court. I called the office again to get hold of the receptionist who originally took my call. I wanted to understand her interpretation of our phone call. No one could remember me. I called a lawyer and forwarded the invoice. They said I owed nothing, but court would cost more than $60. They recommended a letter to mutually correct situation. It was sent May 1. No response until 7/31. Received last payment invoice with sticky note from "Sheila" I called and asked to speak to Sheila. They said Sheila doesn't work there. Gave my invoice number and the woman said, oh yes. You owe $60 balance.

They said they had dropped that slot because I hadn't confirmed. None of their messages a reasonable time before the meeting said I had to confirm to keep the date. Stupid company wasted my time and took my deposit for nothing. Unless you have a neural link installed, don't bet on your mobile locksmith showing up at some remote location.

" so no quick trips to Home Depot". All the fixtures are original to the house so they have there "charm, character, etc." But no one alive has any way to make keys for them any longer. ASAP was able to come in and make some very cost-effective recommendations and even replace one of the locks and make new keys for it right on site.

They said that the driver would be there to tow in 90 mins. I waited till 4:30 then called again. They told me they were stuck in traffic on 95 in PA and would be there in about 30 mins. I called back at 6:00pm and they told me they were in traffic in NJ. Guess they forgot their first lie. They told me by 7:00 they would definitely be there to get my car. I called the Roadside assistance at 7:00pm because they had still not arrived. They called speedy and the response was that Speedy was canceling service due to a hydraulic line blowing. The ironic part of this is the beginning of the company name is "speedy" .... Far from it. Do not call this company, you will be stuck on the side of the road for a long time!

Called again half an hour later, no answer. A total of 4 hours after we called, which was around 2:30/3:00 am, the driver finally shows up and hooks up the car. No apology, no niceties from the driver. After the car was towed to our house, the driver informed us that he forgot his EZ pass and we need to pay for $40 tolls. We said it wasn't our fault he forgot it and we didn't need to take toll roads if that was the case, so we would not pay for this. The drive said fine and gave us a reciept for $251. When the transaction went through out bank account the amount billed was $291, apparently they thought they could sneak the toll charges in. We called and complained to no avail. HERE IS THE KICKER... January 10th, I looked at my bank account and, low and behold, Speedy had decided to take another $251 dollars out of our account. No reason or warning!! I called them 3 times, each time I was told that they were looking into it and they would call as soon as they figured out what happened. Each time I had to call back because no one was getting back to me. I called the next day again and they say that they didn't take the money out and that they are looking into seeing if the credit card company did it. It's my bank card and I doubt that they would just take money out and give it to some random company. So as of now, I am $251 short and fuming! Better Business Bureau is my next step but I say this to save you the headache and frustration... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
