My cousin had purchased cars from here in the past and had seemed happy. We were in the market for our son's first car and after reviewing online the inventory, we agreed to check out cars here. The selection is vast and Michael was easy to work with. Here is my summary of experience and maybe I just have high expectations when it comes to purchasing vehicles. Will we buy cars from here in the future? Perhaps. If so, I'll set my expectations a bit lower than I had for this trip. Pros: Michael's staff are super friendly. They were great to all 3 of us when there. Cute dog in the lobby Reasonable prices - on the high end compared to local listings of similar vehicles. Vast inventory Easy test drive process - was able to drive several and narrow it down. Warranty sale was a smooth process or would have gone 3rd party Sales process/closing was smooth Cons: I expected the car to be cleaned after purchasing. Instead there is gross hair all over and there was this goo on the trunk mat that my husband had to wash out with a hose. Half a tank of gas at pick up. I get margins are tight but I have car buying experience and have NEVER picked up a car with less than a full tank at delivery. Had to wait 15 minutes beyond our appointment time because Michael didn't have the paperwork ready. I'd normally be patient but I was going back and forth with him the prior Thursday on a busy day for me as he said he was getting everything ready to go to Saturday that day. Constant text and emails for a 5 star (Google) review. One thing to ask but please deliver a 5 Star Experience if you're pushing for those 5 stars.

Nathan and his crew helped me when I was stranded on the side of the road, Brad a service tech there pulled up beside me and offered me a hand to their shop, as i was stranded on the side of County 7 . From there the family took care of me while I was also not familiar with the area, it was Friday evening before Labor day weekend and they took my Truck , which just decided to stop driving and assure me they would take good care of it for me over labor day weekend. They communicated with me throughout the entire ordeal, checked over everything, took care of the issue they caught & had it ready by that Tuesday. I said again I'm not from that area, but just from telling some friends from my area this story (Rush NY) they have decided to take their vehicles there for maintenance. I was happy with the service, although it did take time, but there were a couple of issues he couldn't fix, and one time he "fixed" it and it had to be "fixed" again, and a couple of times he did more than was authorized. Then last September my wife followed me over to drop off the car. As I was walking into the office to hand them my keys, the owner hit my wife's Honda Pilot with a flat bed truck and did extensive front end damage. We called the police to file a report but he begged us not to turn in an insurance claim. After calming my wife down we reluctantly agreed that he would have the car repaired in a timely manner. He did, but when I picked it up, there was a sensor light on the dash. When I asked I was told that had nothing to do with the accident. I then took the Pilot to my Honda repair shop and he told me that the sensor was right where the car had been hit and had been damaged. He was nice enough to call the guy and explain this and the sensor was replaced. All of this would have been a sad story, but I called yesterday to get my car back on the road and have it checked over and was told, "we don't want your business." Just tragic how unprofessional. Take your car there at your peril.

Each time, I was told they couldn't find anything. Eventually, they picked up my car and kept it for two days--only to return it with the same response: "we don't know what you're hearing." The issue is loud and obvious enough that this felt dismissive and frustrating. To make matters worse, when my car was returned, the person dropping it off casually mentioned they "might've dropped some French fries" in it because they were hungry, and then told me the tank was empty and I'd need to get gas. That level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. I want to be fair and say that working with Jason was a bright spot--he's been great throughout. But overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I expected better communication, accountability, and basic respect for my vehicle and time.
