I just turned around and left. I took my business to Mavis Discount Tire, where I was treated with respect and actually helped. That moment was enough for me to swear off Walmart entirely. I haven't stepped foot in that store since. Not for tires, not for groceries, not for anything. If this is how they train their employees to treat customers, they don't deserve anyone's money. Brian just put a water pump in my older Escalade with over 200,000 miles on it. He showed me other problems that need attention promptly & almost certainly saved me from breaking down roadside. There's no substitute for experience & professionalism and these guys have both. You won't find a better repair shop locally. Take a look at the vehicles awaiting repairs - there's usually a state police vehicle or two. Not just anyone is trusted enough to work on those vehicles. Brian even checked in with me 2 days later to make sure everything was good. Excellent guys & great Americans. Highly recommend.
