She offers virtual services/closing, and is fluent in French, English and while she will not admit it - also has a good command of Spanish. Notaries in Quebec play the most critical role in any transaction you are entering into, and we have found that the quality of a notary's work varies greatly. She was referred to me by another of her clients, and I am very thankful he did. She did a great job for us, and kept us on a timeline - even when we thought there was no way we would make the target date. However, it was her guidance every step of the way that enabled us make the deadline without sacrificing any of the required research work needed ahead of it. She is very project-focused, and also very helpful in educating us on the process; including the Assyst Payment System used by notaries so you can easily pay via your bank by just adding the Assyst Payment System as a payee with your transaction reference number - which will be in the coupon your notary will provide you with.
