Our 2020 KIA Telluride needed an oil change and one of the exterior mirrors was not working properly. Hannah was our service advisor and she was awesome. She called us when promised (same day) and let us know the service was complete. The mirror needed parts so we have to return for that repair, but everything else was performed as promised and Hannah explained everything to us completely and told us she would keep us informed as soon as the parts are delivered and when we can bring the car back to finish the service. They give you a warranty but it's not worth anything for anything over $1000, which won't over much. If you are stuck with an engine or transmission repairs you are on your own. I was told the warranty would cover an engine and transmission that was completely broken in full. But it will only cover up to $1000. So he very very careful what you buy from this place! Don't get stuck with a jacked up vehicle.
