But if you do need a very good lawyer, that is honest and trustworthy, worth the money, he is the one. I have been 8 years with Jim Miller and I am absolutely grateful for everything he has done for me in my Divorce, ongoing custody issues and as defense lawyer. Make sure you are a good fit, if you feel reluctant ... run because it will be his way. He can not adapt to a client's needs and cannot translate phases of the process into actual document numbers, names and due dates. Then he will blame you. He states he is "direct", my translation of this is "unprofessional": arrogant, condescending, and rude. Of course he would disagree.
