I have dealt with a fair amount of personal injury lawyers probably around 9 or more. This firm has the best communication I have ever experienced with an attorney. I called the attorney at a body shop due to a few surprises. Both the person working at the body shop and I were shocked when the attorney answered my call. A while later, I emailed another attorney at the office a question about medical care. I thought it would take a few days to a week to hear back. I got a phone call from that attorney within a few hours. I emailed recently another question to my case manager which he replied to acknowledge that he got the email the same day of the email.
