David is a compassionate hypnotherapist and energy healer that truly listens to you and your desired outcomes. His knowledge and skill is incredible and HIGHLY recommend him! I have been suffering from nicotine addiction for many years trying to quit with use of medications, lozenges, patches, gum, e-cigs, etc. That being said, I knew I needed to try something else. I'll be honest that I was skeptical about hypnosis (at first) but am so very thankful for finding David Fisher. Scheduling was quick and easy. In my initial consultation/visit, he provided me the knowledge and tools necessary to understand the stages of hypnosis as well as discussed, some myths about it. Next, we got to work on a number of issues to include: smoking cessation, past (Childhood) and current traumas (Health, and Relationships). After each session, I felt myself becoming more and more clear of who I am and what I want to see and/or do for myself. Healthier me, healthier relationships, forgiving and letting go of past hurts, etc. It's not a snap of the fingers where your world "changes" it's through his expertise, that allows him to help you channel and truly understand other hidden factors that you may be struggling with and talk you through on how to best resolve those factors. Before seeing David, I had NO CLUE that these family, childhood, health traumas were a factor "blocking" me from moving forward in my life in quitting smoking and/or having the confidence and strength in myself. I truly couldn't have got here without his expertise. With regard to smoking cessation, he helped me to uncover those "blockers" of what made me want to smoke, how to address them, and followed up with affirmations for me to do on my own. This was extremely helpful and has stuck with me. Quitting smoking has been a major struggle and have never felt more ready. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, I'm confident this is the year to say goodbye forever to my cigarette addiction. I was hesitant to try hypnosis at first. I was referred to David, and he and his process surprised me in many positive ways. As someone who uses meditation apps for guided meditation, David is like having your own personal guide. Yet, it goes beyond that. I researched hypnotherapy while I was beginning chemotherapy treatments.
