It was late and he needed to call the company to find something out for me, regarding a discount. He NEVER called me. That was when I decided to take my 4 potential cars to get insured elsewhere. They need better training and better customer service. I definitely will NOT refer to any of the parents who have new drivers. I am a high school student mom, we all give each other referrals. They clearly told me that the date of the next payment is 07/14. Closer to this date I wanted to pay, they tell me that my insurance has been canceled, I will have to pay another $ 250. When asked why the insurance was canceled, they said that you did not pay the next payment on 06/26. When I showed them their words that you yourself indicated the payment date to me, they stopped answering me. Ignored for 10 days or more. I wrote a complaint about them to the California Department of Insurance Fraud. In the pre-trial stage, they did not want to correct their mistake in any way. Never contact this broker!!! They carry a variety of the insurance companies and their pricing is very competitive. The larger the insurance agent, the more companies they are able to represent. 3. Kcal Insurance has the local feel with the national system. When I need help, I don't need to rely on having to wait for your agent to call Your back. They have a customer service phone number; every time I call a helpful representative always helps me right away. 4. When I called their phone number today an AI agent answered me in Chinese. Of course I didn't have good attitude with an AI agent and demanding to speak with a real person. The AI kindly asked what I needed, I answered it impatiently. To my surprise, the AI agent completely understood what I requested and repeated what I wanted and told me what I requested did require an actual agent and would transfer me right away. Wow. I was blown away by the Chinese AI Agent. It understood me and did not waste my time.
