    We had to order the sectional. It was supposed to take 3 weeks; it took 9. They never contacted me…read moreuntil I got noticeably angry about the lack of communication. We finally get the couch and it's broken. It is over 10 weeks and we still don't have a functioning couch. I understand that they are working with the furniture company, but they can't even tell us whether it will be repaired or order a new one?! Are they even in contact with the company? Buyer beware- especially if you are ordering something from the st Joseph location!!! Update: we got the couch fixed. They picked it up, fixed it, and delivered it back. The people delivering and another woman I worked with in the situation were very nice. I am keeping the rating at 1 star because the manager was horrible. I HAD to go down there and make a scene for the manager to even talk to me (I had requested to talk to him multiple times on the phone and he never seemed to be there). Not until I went down there yelling (I had previously gone down there and been nice) did he make any effort to resolve my issue. He never apologized and appeared visibly angered he had to deal with my situation. I had to force him to give me a date they were going to pick it up. I will NEVER shop there again.

I guess we are out $809 on the set. I would recommend going anywhere else. I would have put 0 stars, but you have to put in at least 1 to start the review.

We've been here for three years and have regretted every single minute of it…read more The office staff is polite enough but they're just faceless robots who smile and promise and then utterly ignore every request or complaint you just made. Maintenance is so unresponsive and useless they're more of a menace than a help. Within the first six months a giant crack appeared in the exterior wall under a window in a bedroom we use only for storage, and every time it rained we had a flood that drenched the carpet in that entire bedroom and out into the hallway beyond. When we first discovered the flood it had already saturated everything on the floor and mold and rot had destroyed things in the closet including some big framed heirloom pictures stacked against the wall. It took management over two weeks just to respond to the maintenance request, and more than two whole months before they finally did something to repair the wall and keep the water out. And then we had to complain for another few weeks to get them to come out and cut out several feet of wall board that was crawling with black mold (toxic) instead of just painting over it. And that's how it's gone ever since for the rest of the three years. Ignored maintenance requests. Refusal to do anything about obnoxious neighbors with dogs barking and howling all the time, and then there's the fact that the proper name for the complex should be Dogs**t Palace because many owners with huge dogs leave deposits all over the place and never pick them up, and when specific residents are pointed out to management, again they do NOTHING. Currently, we have a dishwasher that hasn't worked in over a month, a month-old ignored maintenance request, multiple other maintenance requests asking for help with a roach infestation coming in from filthy neighboring apartment (also ignored), and worst of all an AC unit with a loud buzzing electrical short circuit inside it and burning insulation smell and flickering lights in the apartment and an emergency request (we don't want to get caught on fire) also ignored. For the love of God if you need an apartment, look elsewhere.

    Don't move here place has giant cockroaches and spiders…read more Management lied when I moved out Pam the manager was so unprofessional when I spoke with her over the phone no customer service at all and she hangs up on tenants if you try to find out why you getting charged .Avoid yourself a headache this place deserves a 0 star it's dirty and nasty and they will lie to you and add made up charges when you move out. Corporate is aware that they are unprofessional and don't do a thing about it they are never available when you need help if something needs repair they take about 4-5 weeks to fix DONT MOVE HERE management is horrible and they kept my deposit and still charged me made up charges avoid yourself a headache and Pam the manager will lie to your face just to get you to sign a lease horrible place to do business with!!
