I had a change of policy before renewal which took longer than it should have. The policy wasn't…read morechanged when I requested it. My lender paid the correct, new premium and a week later Farmer's sent another bill to the lender and Farmer's took additional funds out of my escrow. Farmer's paid it back 3 weeks later. This insurance office didn't even follow up when I called to question the issue. I filed a complaint with Kansas Insurance Department and this office lied about details. I am not pleased with the costumer service and their pass the buck attitude. I would have expected an apology from the office but I guess that would be admitting fault and an insurance company can't do that!

While I was there we went through a snow storm which left us without power for almost a week. I ended up driving to my father's home which was three hours away just so I would not be out of anything I needed as I had young children at the time. I probably would have filed a claim had I not gone to stay with my family. We also had tornado incidents that hit in a town about 40 minutes from my home which I was supposed to have gone to that day but ended up being too sick to leave home to go to my scheduled appointment...Thank God, otherwise that too may have been a claim needed to be filed. The staff in Penny's office always made me feel at home with them. They were caring and respectful. I miss the mid-west hospitality, it is something that California does not have much of. I loved every time I worked with Penny's office. Keep up the good work of taking care of your clients as I have family still insured with her and I know they love her as much as I do.
