Not once did they ask me nicely if I could do something for them. It was always demanding & came off as rude. They didn't even check their own paperwork about something I already did for them and called me with an attitude demanding I do that. They didn't have an adjuster go look at my car for 3 weeks but seemed mad this was some long dragged out process when they were the ones putting me off and dragging it out. Very unprofessional.
