Daniel demonstrated professionalism from the start by coming out on a Sunday and providing a thorough, itemized estimate--something I had to request from the others, and two didn't provide at all. What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with).
