I was surprised that I found him to be unfriendly, didn't listen and kept cutting me off. He did not give me the chance to FULLY EXPLAIN what it was that I was trying to do. He let me speak yet cut me off and jumped to his conclusion which turned me off. Why? Maybe because he was wrong, I was trying to explain that I was talking about a different scenario. He didn't ask questions or give me the chance to clearly explain myself so he could understand me all because he was rushing me off the phone. I later realized this when I went on to speak to a different attorney, the next attorney was completely different. So It's important to clarify exactly what you need to do with the lawyer and it's even more important that the lawyer clear his mind and listens to you before he starts giving you advice.
