I am honestly floored by the lack of professionalism here. I took the time to go to their website, fill out the entire online form, and upload my Aventura traffic ticket info. A woman from the office called me back, and from the second she spoke, she was incredibly condescending. When I tried to ask a simple question about fighting a $158 red light camera ticket, she snapped at me to "just pay the ticket." When I asked for a bit more clarification, she actually said, "Listen, I already told you twice what to do." I couldn't believe it. Zero stars. They are very rude, especially and specifically Lee, the "lady" that answers the phone. She knows nothing except collecting money from you. All of those 1-star reviews are right. Wish it could be zero. At the start they talk you in, take your money, then never contact you again. And apparently you only. get lies when you finally contact them. They're less than useless. They costed MORE money by using them. Would have been so much more cheaper (the fine) if I just paid the ticket. But since they went the judge INCREASED the fine, took away school options, and they got their $400 on top of it. So the fines when up by almost $100. What a disappointment! I called because I received a letter from this company after my ticket . I called and was extremely confused by the attitude of the person who answered . Lee was loud, short and very blunt with no customer service skills at all . I had even given her my credit card number already against my better judgement. I then asked a few more questions , she kept cutting me off and was very condescending , she was literally screaming at me . Wow. While my ticket was dismissed, due to the fact that the issuing officer didn't show up, other than saying he "represented" my case, I don't think any other effort was expended. Literally, nothing. Most important is that the nastiness of everyone in this office is incomprehensible. From my first & only phone call asking a direct and reasonable question (& Golden himself responded) which was met with withering superiority, impatience and condescension to the only other communication I attempted via email asking why the court date had come and gone and I head not been contacted by their office, their response to the court question? My name is Dawn and I was not happy with the representation that I received from this company. They assured me on the phone that I would not be found guilty I wouldn't have points penalties or pay fines. I had to email them several times to find out what was going on with my case with no response until the case was actually settled 4 months later. They pled me out after they allowed the da to change the charges and got me for Nola contendere which basically means that I'm not Innocent but I'm also not not guilty. I still have to pay the original fine and my insurance went up by $356. I called them to have them honor their 100% money back guarantee and I was told it's a play on words the fact that I wasn't found guilty means they get to keep their money. I feel that I was bamboozled and taken advantage of because it was my first ticket ever where I had to go to court I would not recommend them unless it's a major crime that you commit. I got a speeding ticket in Glade County while driving to Lego Land with my family. I wanted to fight it since the speed limit changed significantly within a short distance with poor signage to indicate as much so I decided to hire an attorney. I would have contested it myself but live in Miami-Dade County and did not want to have to travel back. The ticket was for $276. I hired Golden Traffic Ticket Law to handle the case but never spoke to or heard from anyone other than a secretary, who was very abrasive on the phone. Communication was non-existent. I was able to see online through the clerk of courts that a hearing date had been set and a few weeks after the hearing date, I received a letter via email informing me that points were not added to my record but that the court had levied a fine of $301. It seems to me that a no contest plea was entered despite my wanting to contest it and having expressed that when hiring them. In the end I paid $80 in fees to the law office and another $301 in court costs so basically I paid $100 more than the original ticket amount simply to avoid points on my license. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common result for this firm. Personally I found my experience with this law firm to be nothing more than one big, expensive disappointment. He claims to have 19 years of experience doing this but clearly he needs another 19 years to get it together. I hired him and ended up having to pay court costs, the full fine, 8 hours driving school and STILL ended up with 4 points on my license. He did absolutely nothing for me despite telling me that Palm Beach County is an 'easy' county to get tickets dismissed. If it's such an easy county to get tickets dismissed, how did I end up with 4 points!? He clearly doesn't know what he's doing. Save your money and go with someone else. Same situation here with Isis. M!!! I got a red light camera couple monthly ago and the ticket was $148. I came to Golden Traffic Ticket Law and they promised me since I have clean driving history and there will be no point no driving school and I won't find guilty, no further fee from court either (initially there would be no point no school for the red light camera). Guess what? After couple month I got a letter from them saying that they won the case but I have to pay $270 for the court fee!!! Basically they did nothing for $80 so called service they provided but doubled my ticket amount!!! Initially it was $148 but now I have to pay $80+$270=$350!!! I tried to reach out to them but they either hang up on my directly or being extremely rude/impatient on the phone. Luckily my credit card company filed the dispute to them after they reviewed my case and got my $80 back even they can't do anything about that $270 court fee. Listen people, this dude is a fraud! He should be shame what he is doing for his business by screwing over people as a lawyer! Contact your credit company (Chase and American Express are really nice at disputing this kind of charge as far as I know) and dispute your transaction! They will get a penalty fee too from their credit card processor! I am writing a letter to Florida Bar and hope they will suspend his license! And I will also write a letter to Broward Commercial Association and ask them to do inverstigation and suspend their business or whatever!!! They think they can screw us over like that? Let us show we can do together and make them out of business!!! I received a speeding ticket and was researching lawyers to help me handle the matter. I called Golden Traffic Ticket and gave my name and number for them to call me back. My phone call was returned by a very rude and abrasive woman. I started giving her the citation number because that's what they usually ask for. She cut me off mid sentence to ask how much over the speed limit I was accused of going. I told her 20 miles per hour. As if she thought I was unable to do math, she proceeded to ask me how much the speed limit was and how much I was going. I told her it was 35 mph and I was accused of going 55 mph. She then rudely said "That's not 29, that's 20!" I proceeded to tell her that I said 20 MILES and not 29 when she asked earlier. She then rushed to repeat exactly what they charged for but I couldn't even hear her because she was speaking so quickly. I ended up going with another firm (that I won't name because I don't want this to come across as an ad). Golden Traffic Ticket was actually a bit cheaper that the firm I ended up hiring. But I went with the slightly more expensive place because the person who handled my call there was more personable and friendly. Moral of the story - good customer service is necessary even before someone becomes a customer. read more

Notice to California drivers: "Adjudication Withheld" does not mean the same thing in CA that it does in FL and you will still get points put onto your record. Unless you feel you can get a not guilty plea do not use any lawyer. If you qualify just do traffic school, it is the only way to keep CA points off of your record. If you live in Florida or possibly other states this firm will probably work out great. They let me know that due to my clean driving history they could worst case at least make it so I would get no points on my record while also not needing to do traffic school. My case outcome was "adjudication withheld" which meant I had to pay my full fine, and in Florida I would have had no points put on my record without needing to do traffic school. If I had a Florida license, they did exactly what they said they would, however since I have a California license this was not the case and I had points put on my record which have been a nightmare to try to get off. John was nice enough to refund his fee after I explained what had happened. I wish they had known that adjudication withheld would not hold up in Ca and I just did traffic school in the first place so these points never showed up on my record, but they are Florida based so I guess it was on me to check first. Hopefully this info helps others from out of state in deciding whether to hire a traffic lawyer or not. Call your local DMV and determine if "adjudication withheld" will hold up in your state before moving forward. read more
