My advice, avoid this company! We were having a brand new kitchen and solid wood floor fitted through lockdown and Steve did some joinery work and pipework prior. He came back and made 3/4 holes in the brand new floor looking for leaks! Repaired 1 leak, but our brand new boiler was still loosing pressure. He was supposed to come back, but then called to say he was at hospital after a funny turn. We had to hire another plumber (who Steve actually recommended) afterwards and pay a further 2k to repair all the leaks Steve left. We are still waiting to hear back from you Steve?

It would need to be installed in the original housing which was 15 years old. Therefore the old one needed removing immediately so that the delivery vehicle could collect it. The job was very important to us. From TMR joinery's point of view, it was complex but offered little profit. He came promptly and removed the old appliance which was very heavy. After the delivery of the new appliance, he returned promptly at the time arranged and fitted it into the original housing. This was not without its difficulties which he overcame one by one. I was impressed by his meticulous care for detail. His charge was modest. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or to use him again. He was appropriate and courteous throughout.
