It would need to be installed in the original housing which was 15 years old. Therefore the old one needed removing immediately so that the delivery vehicle could collect it. The job was very important to us. From TMR joinery's point of view, it was complex but offered little profit. He came promptly and removed the old appliance which was very heavy. After the delivery of the new appliance, he returned promptly at the time arranged and fitted it into the original housing. This was not without its difficulties which he overcame one by one. I was impressed by his meticulous care for detail. His charge was modest. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or to use him again. He was appropriate and courteous throughout. However Paul continuously stayed in touch with me and informed me of a estimate and time scale of when he could complete the work and informed me that the actual price of the work would be less than he originally quoted! Quite unusual in my experience of tradesmen. The work was completed and I am extremely impressed with the quality and efficiency in which it was done.
