He add additional clauses in our contract that were quickly skipped over when he asks you to sign them with Doc-U-Sign, which I do not advice doing now. We sold our home in CA and were forced into paying additional commissions to Mr Shafran who threatened legal action if we did not pay him even though we fired him and ended al professional relations with him months prior ( services were unsatisfactory thus the reason for for firing him during a very hot market 2020 in which we were asked to lower our price by Mr Shafran repeatedly).

I contacted them individually and asked what was needed to get an estimate. The entire time Willie was by our sides guiding us, helping us ask the right questions, steering us in the right direction. Whenever Willie wasn't available - Laurelle was always there for us so neither of them would leave a client "hanging."
