After literally a half-hour on hold, I was offered another appointment more than 2 weeks later...20 days AFTER the initial appointment. This is no way to run a professional operation! They already use PAs and NPs to see patients - where are the doctors? I hope for a law that would prohibit medical facilities from using AI telephone answering systems. That is one place where a LIVE PERSON is crucial to effective communication.

One of the nurses finally mentioned "The Clinique across the road with the Blue fountain." I walked into Your Doctors Office. The ladies at the desk were warm and welcoming. Explained my little girls situation. There was a hiccup with the insurance but it was immediately worked out and the doctor saw her right away. He played with her, got a smile out of her, discussed what she needed, he got me the prescription called in, gave me a few tips on how to help her heal, and then we were on our way. But as I was going out the door, juggling the car seat, in one hand baby in the other the doctor came out to help me. He carried the car seat to the car and even held my little one while I got everything in the car situated. It's rare you see pure love and passion in someone's work these days. If I could have him as my primary doctor for my family I would in a heartbeat! We will be returning again if the need were to ever arise! To the doctor and staff thank you for taking the time to care and go above and beyond in what you do!

If you have Tricare there are other options for care. First off the office staff is incompetent, rude, unprofessional and constantly changing. They will not return your call, relay messages to the provider or efficiently refer you to the correct doctor. I once got called and was told I needed to come in right away after they received the results of my mammogram. Only to receive a call shortly after stating they were looking at the wrong chart. I left mulitple messages for the staff regarding precriptions running out or prior authorizations and did not receive a call for weeks. I had to go in person into the office to get anyone to respond. DO NOT GO HERE!! I would usually wait a minimum of 2 hours before I was called back even when I had an appointment. This is not a review of the urgent care but the primary care side.
