I cant express just how effective his massage work has been. My migraines are gone after a couple of sessions, I have full range of motion in my shoulders again and significantly reduce numbness. John really knows muscle anatomy and how they work to deliver therapeutic results! I can't recommend enough to anyone struggling with physical pain. He doesn't do late afternoon nor evening appointments which isn't very conducive to being able to relax afterwards. They do bankers hours so you would need to have a massage during the day or no later than 2:30 pm in the afternoon. Too narrow a window for me. The one massage I was able to book was lack luster. More like a rub down than a knowledgeable professional massage. I would not recommend as I would definitely never use them again. Too flaky. Too unprofessional.
