We did not use him as we had our own realtor but we had to deal with him. If you are trying to sell a house and your house is falling apart he might be your guy. If you're selling a house to someone I would have thought you would want to do the right thing and make sure a house is in sellable condition. This guy put this house on the market and it was in no condition to sell. It needed a new roof on both the house and detached garage, new circuit breakers in both of the garages, the well was broken and had to be repaired, the garage door was broken, needed a new water heater along with the pool light being broken. He was supposed to have all of this fixed by closing because I fell in love with this house and the area and wanted this house. The roof was repaired, a new water heater was added and new circuit breakers. The well was repaired but this guy did not have them change any of the disgusting filters that were in the well just to save a buck. We had absolutely no water pressure in the house and had to pay for a plumber to make repairs which should have been done by him. The pool light is still out. He said oh the switch on the wall turns it on..NOT! The pool light is supposed to have 5 screws holding it in and there is 1 screw in it. The garbage disposal is broken and the dishwasher does not heat up. He did not give us the code to the garage which we finally got today a week after moving in and he gave us 1 key to this entire house. A good realtor would have had a least one more made for a husband and wife who just retired and intend on living the rest of our life here. Also, we actually had to take loads of garbage to the dump that the owners and Glenn Moore did not get rid of. It honestly kills me that this man made money from this sale after screwing us. He had a crappy attitude also about our pods being delivered before we signed for the house after our closing was moved out due to all of the repairs. He told us we could have them delivered if we got rid of all the trash left behind by his sellers. I still have a piano sitting in my living room that I don't want but feel guilty getting rid of. It is sad that a person like this walks the earth and can take advantage of people. I wouldn't use Glenn Moore or Coldwell Banker Riverland Realty because they are definitely shady and try to sell real estate that has a questionable. I still love the house so we will make it right no thanks to Glenn Moore!

The sale of this home would not have been completed if the Realtor had performed in an appropriate…read moremethod representing the buyer. Two attempts were recognized by the buyer that the seller was attempting to removed "Attached" items of the property. Both attempts were brought to the attention of the realtor, immediately. On the first attempt, the Realtor indicated to the buyer the situation was resolved after a discussion with the seller and a concession of the Realtor to purchase a chandelier mounted in the dining room, then leaving that chandelier attached to the home for the buyer. The realtor also had indicated she had a discussion with the seller that he could not sell or remove "attached" items of the home, specifying curtains and other items. The Realtor indicated she instructed the seller, items attached to the home had to stay with the home, and made a concession to fund, from her commission, the sale of the chandelier in an effort to keep it with the home. A second attempt to sell items attached to the home was recognized by the buyer, when he recognized items being sold on the internet, items that were "attachments" to the home. At this point, the Buyer requested a dissolution of the sale of the home. The realtor gave erroneous information to the buyer concerning the dissolution of the contract and the sale of the home, and coercion to complete the sale. Upon inspection of the home, it was recognized that items "attached" to the home had been removed. When indicated to the realtor, the realtor's response was "Prove it" in a manner to reflect coercion. Proof is in the pictures and the witness that assisted in removing the "attached" items. This Realtor also did not appropriately share the Commission on the sale of this property with other Realtors involved. Now I don't enjoy the home... it makes me sick because of the deception and coercion that occurred in this sale. So if you want to enjoy your new home, don't use Sally
