I just left an open house that was one of your listings in Pepperell, MA. The open house started at 10, I arrived at 10:15 as well as my realtor. There was a line of about 6 groups. I waited an hour and only moved two spaces. If you are going to run an open house like that there should have been time limits. I left after an hour. Also, the pool was not open so people could see the condition of the pool (even after being told it needed some repairs). We were also told we could not touch anything in the home, nor open any doors or cabinets (even though everyone was wearing masks and gloves). Even my realtor said it was the most poorly run open house he had seen. I went to that open house fully intending to make an offer well over asking. Now, I won't even be bothered to go back and look at it.
