My neighbor told me that his parents work with Anthony at Assurance Life group and they have been thrilled and get VIP treatment. I scheduled an appointment with Anthony and my parents and I. What an eye opener, Anthony was not at all pushy and he didn't "sell" us anything. He simply compared all the plans from every carrier offering coverage in our area. He went line by line comparing everything from copays for specialist to the cost for a nights stay in the hospital or a trip to the ER and all the while ensuring my parents doctors were in network. He even entered every single medication and compared the cost with each plan. We had no idea medication costs vary with different plans. After narrowing things down my mom and dad went with the same plan which now gives them a $170 part B giveback, thats an extra $170 in each of their SS checks every month, that's over $4,000 combined for the year, that is a life changer for my parents, they live on their SS check every month and it's very tight, an extra $340 a month and my parents were about in tears.. They each even get a prepaid card with $205 per month that they can use for groceries, utility bills and even pest control lol. So they switched carriers/plans and were able to keep there same doctors, their medication cots are less, copays are less, way way way better dental and even their maximum out of pocket is less plus the $170 back for the part B and $205 a month for groceries etc it was a nobrainer needless to say. Anthony was awesome, he took his time to explain EVERYTHING, was very knowledgeable, super friendly and again he didn't "sell" us anything, he just laid out all of the options and my parents decided which plan was best for them. All this time my parents were wondering if there were better options but never knew who to talk to so they left things as is and have been missing out on all kinds of amazing benefits. We are all very very very happy to have found Anthony and Assurance Life Group, he has literally changed my parents life in a way we would have never ever expected, seriously we are blown away. Wow, where do I begin?…read more We've had GEICO for well over 10 years with no claims since 2005. And that 2005 claim was because my car was vandalized in front of my home. No moving violation, no ticket, etc.. Since that time, there have been no incidents until recently when within a period of 2 years, 3 of my family members were struck by other people causing injuries which continue to linger to this day. 1 incident was our fault which resulted in some scratches to another vehicle and some pain transfer. No injuries at all.....I know, when it rains, it pours. No speeding tickets, no moving violations, etc. About 2 months ago we were notified that GEICO was dropping us when our policy; to end on July 15th(which at the time of this writing, is tomorrow). I called some of the top rated insurance brokerages both nationwide firms and local firms and time and time again we were told we were un-insurable. I figured we would have to go with some place that sold cheesy bottom of the barrel insurance but boy was I surprised when even those bottom rated companies turned us down as well. Too many claims in too short a period of time we were told again and again. Even though only 1, the most minor was was out fault. Even though the others were not our fault none of the insurance companies cared. We were told our only option was "FAJUA" The Florida Automobile Joint Underwriting Association. Also known as the "Insurance of Last Resort". So, I called someone that writes FAJUA insurance. It took nearly 6 hours for them to call me back with a quote. We were told $8000 down payment and $4000 per month for the basic FL pip coverage. Totally UN-affordable; and for the minimum crappy insurance coverage, they wanted us to pay. So now I'm totally thinking we're screwed and making plans to sell my car. I figured we could use the money to Uber/Lyft to wherever we needed to go for the next 2 years until our insurance profile improves. However my wife kept searching on the internet and came across several web sites to call and get quotes. She spent hours filling in info and calling and was up until nearly 1:00am trying to find someone that could help us. Finally someone took our info and said an agent would call us in the morning. The next morning (this morning) my wife gets a call from Erik Farrell with a company called Insurance World Boynton, right off (West) Boynton Beach Blvd. He spoke to my wife and they chatted about our issues and about some ideas. He then called me and discussed some of my ideas and he said he thought he had some options for us. Well I guess it helps when you've been in the insurance business and helping people with every imaginable precarious situation out there for 25+ years because he definitely found a creative solution to our problem. Not only did he find us a creative solution to our auto insurance problem, but HE ENDED UP SAVING US MONEY TOO!!!! With the technology at hand nowadays I didn't even have to drive from Miami to Boynton to sign and pay. It was all handled digitally. Now, my wife and I are insured with pretty darn good coverage and tomorrow at midnight when GEICO's policy runs out, www.insuranceworldboynton.com has us covered!!!
