He reached out advertising his services, sounded extremely interested in taking on my case, and made it seem like I had a strong chance at a positive outcome. He assured me he would handle everything thoroughly and professionally. Unfortunately, hiring him was a complete waste of time and money. From start to finish, I felt like nothing was actually done to defend me. I ultimately lost the case and ended up in the exact same position I was in before hiring him except now I was out thousands of dollars in legal fees. There was no strategy, no proactive communication, and no meaningful action taken that changed the outcome. I constantly had to reach out for updates. I rarely received proactive communication. Each time we spoke, I had to repeat the same information over and over again because he didn't seem to remember previous conversations.
