We have used Southern Payroll for years and it used to be a great full service company but the…read moreservice started going downhill fast. They started making mistakes. A new employee wasn't paid for a month and wasn't even setup to be paid. I sent over all the information way in advance. When they finally did pay it was from the wrong business and now the employee's W2 is incorrect. Payroll reports were sent from multiple email address without anything helpful or identifying in the subject line. It is nearly impossible to do an email search to find a past report. When we inquired about resending the report they were always putting it back on us to go find what they "already sent". When I complained about not getting good service anymore Mindy suggested we find another company. Then Mindy found out we were shopping for another payroll company she fired us and refused to do anymore work for us. We still have unresolved issues that Mindy refuses to help us with, even after multiple attempts to contact her. We now have employees reporting us to the SC LLR for the things Mindy refuses to resolve for us even though we paid her for the service.
