The company charged 1050$ for services however the only communication you received was through there app so the frustration level was high as they would blow up your emails telling you your task list was not done. The task list for me was extremely extensive as i have a Buisness and took a month to complete every itemized detail. Even though the list of itemizations were already sent the company didn't want to input them. When i questioned what i was paying for the email i received was all my tax documents were destroyed and that i was not a good fit for the service they offered 4 days before taxes were due. Half of my payment was refunded and of course i had to reach out to request the remainder of what i was owed and show proof that i paid it. Costumer service well there isn't any. Poor accountability, a lot of money for little work.
