While the staff at Enid Live Well were friendly, I paid $150 per session for five treatments on a small 1-inch tattoo and saw no visible progress. The new med spa's licensed physician explained that my tattoo looked as though I had only undergone one session, not five. She also told me the treatments at Enid Live Well were scheduled far too frequently. Dr Vicki had advised me to return every two weeks or once a month, but proper tattoo removal requires at least eight weeks between sessions for the skin to heal. Because of this rushed schedule, I was warned that I may now face potential skin damage.

Let aware I have met my Out Of Pocket so I do not owe anything at the visit. Once your out of pocket is met you typically do not owe anything especially when it covers 100%. I let the front desk aware of this insurance policy as the front desk kept arguing that there is a copay even though the out of pocket is met. I let aware that's not how that works as I work in the same industry. Front desk stated the doctor stated that was normal practice which is insurance fraud. I do not care about the copay but the matter of the office does not know how insurance works is scary! If you are a patient or looking to be a patient please make sure you check your benefits and credits.
