David Long is an excellent realtor. He is personable, dependable, and responsive. Over the last 5 years, he helped us both buy and sell our Sunnyvale home. When we bought, he showed us houses privately mid-week and helped us write several offers in a highly competitive market. In our last week of shopping we found two similar homes for sale and made an offer for the less expensive (and less nice) house, thinking we had a better chance at it.
