Passes the blame to the repair shop he uses, but still stands behind their work?!? I'd stay away from this dealership. Who knows what issues his vehicles are hiding.

The car was as described and exactly as expected. When it came time to do the paperwork there were no surprises at all and the price out the door was the price we agreed upon on the phone. I had a small issue with registration in Missouri and Ed really stepped up and chased down some hard-to-find old lien release documents from a loan company that had gone out of business. I found Rural Route an extremely honest, up-front, straight-forward, and reputable car dealer. I would absolutely buy from them again.
