I was greeted very nicely on the phone, I explained my situation and was then place on a 3 way call with a road tech. We had a few laughs while we exchanged information. They reached out to my driver and let him know they were coming and they arrived in about a half an hour. Their tech TJ, Called me and gave me his diagnosis and then repaired our truck very quickly. The billing was done through Roadsync. I was able to pay the bill right from my cell phone. That was cool. Their call out is a two hour minimum. Their afterhour labor rate was very reasonable. (believe me, when you manage a fleet of trucks you know what reasonable is). I just appreciate the honesty and they way I was treated on the phone and the way They treated our driver.
