What used to be a supportive, reliable relationship has turned into an absolute nightmare. Customer service is almost nonexistent -- it takes multiple calls and emails just to get basic questions answered, if at all. There's no consistency, no follow-through, and zero sense of urgency. We've been passed around from rep to rep without ever getting real help. Worse, their pricing has become outrageous. Fees have ballooned, and there's no transparency in how they calculate what we owe. We strongly suspect we've been overcharged for state unemployment taxes and other employer costs, but getting a straight answer is nearly impossible. We are a small, family-run business -- the exact kind of client Paychex claims to support. But instead of helping us, they've taken advantage of our loyalty and made it clear that once you're in, they stop trying. We will be leaving Paychex as soon as our contract ends and will never return. We're actively warning other local businesses to avoid them as well. There is absolutely no benefit to working with a giant payroll provider that treats small businesses like we're disposable.

Paychex does not deserve any stars. They mislead clients with their pricing. While it may seem…read morereasonable, it comes with a lot of stress. The customer service and management are terrible--words can't express how frustrating the experience has been. You can send emails to management, but they are often away from their desks and limited to email communication. Every week, they assign a different representative to you, and it's almost impossible to get someone knowledgeable when you call. They consistently mess things up. I gave them a second chance, but the same issues persist. This has been a horrible experience, and I am taking my account to a different payroll company.

Towers 3 and 4 connect on the first and second floor, Towers 3 and 2 connect via a glass walkway over the road on the fourth floor and you can continue on to Tower 1 via the fourth floor. It can take close to ten minutes to walk from Tower 4 to Tower 1. The main entrance for guests is on the first floor between Towers 3 and 4 and there is a guard present 24/7. There are cafeterias in Tower 3 and Tower 1 and a mini Starbucks in Tower 3. There are two parking garages for employees, one behind Tower 3 and one behind Tower 4. There is also outdoor employee parking lots by Tower 1 and 2. Guest parking is in front of Tower 3 and 4. What really makes Raymond James home office worth visiting is the artwork. Each floor and section has a different theme ranging from pop culture to nature. There are many stunning statues nestled in conference rooms or by walkways. Just walking around the area in front of the building makes you feel like you're in a sculpture garden. Tom James has an affinity for Native American art, so there is an abundance of sculptures and paintings with that motif. If you are an art aficionado, you can schedule to go on a tour of the Raymond James building. Home office employees of the firm can choose to be trained in giving art tours and the community at large benefits from this. You get to walk around as a group and hear the history of the beautiful artwork. For those of you who are still playing Pokemon, like my husband, you'll find an amazing number of Pokestops in this area. I think there are at least five? (It has been a while since I played). It's because the game recognizes the beauty of the outdoor statues.
