The owner emailed me and let me know the guys were on the way, which was very much appreciated so that I could plan my day. The guys arrived and were very professional and they did a great job, told me how much build up they cleaned and pointed out some things I should keep on eye on for the future with our fireplace insert. While they were here I got a quote on duct cleaning for the entire house since this place was a new build. I was so satisfied with their work, professionalism, friendly nature - that I booked the duct cleaning as well. He then talked on the phone to his buddy for more than half of the class once he started it late. He also didn't call to notify me he had to get a tooth pulled so he wouldn't be able to come to his job to teach my daughter her last class because I knew it would be her last. Then when I politely called to ask for a refund for that last class session (that he didn't show up for or call to notify us about) he told me there were no refunds. Quite expensive for my daughter not learning anything.

We used our own person carpet cleaner and in multiple rooms pulled up our yellow (cat pee) in spots that were the size of a couch. It took two days of carpet cleaning and using a cleaner specifically for cat pee to get rid of the smell. If they did actually clean that unit, they did a terrible job. Then, one morning one of their workers knocked once and then walked in while my boyfriend was still undressed. When we called to discuss the issue, the employees refused to talk to us "because there was nothing more to discuss". So, I don't recommend this business as they seem lazy and unprofessional.
