When they finally did answer, he had to reschedule for another day. Then they had to contact us that day to push us back again, only to contact us AGAIN to tell us they were going to be late! They finally showed up, cleaned the ducts, didn't replace all of the vents, and broke the handle on my refrigerator door. The guys had forgotten they had also been scheduled to clean two rooms of carpet! So now they needed to schedule ANOTHER day! Supposed to show up today at 9am. He doesn't show up or answer his phone again! I finally get ahold of someone at 11:30! He shows up 45 minutes later, apologizes, does the carpets, and hurries out the door.
