We used this company to find an apartment. The real estate agent that represented the apartment to…read moremy friend knowingly represented the apartment as "fit" even though 5 months later the Town of Richmond Hill deemed it unfit and in need of upgrades as it was not up to applicable fire codes. We complained to the broker on record and nothing was done, other than an irate call from the real estate agent who represented the unit. A very unprofessional way of doing business. We shudder to think that if the agent can misrepresent a rental unit, what said agent would do to a potential home buyer for the sake of commission monies. Now my friend has to move in the dead of winter with her young daughter after the landlord evicted them as she refuses to bring the apartment up to code.
