However, this should have been a significant concern and was either overlooked or not taken seriously during the screening process. After issues arose and we reached out for assistance, there was little to no accountability or support. Since moving in, the tenants have openly bragged about having been in prison and have exhibited behavior that has made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about their stability. While everyone's past is their own, these developments have raised serious questions about how thoroughly the screening process was conducted. A realtor's job is to help protect their clients by carefully vetting prospective tenants and identifying potential risks. In our experience, that did not happen. We are now dealing with the consequences of what appears to have been a lack of due diligence and poor judgment. Unfortunately, this has been a costly and stressful experience for our family.

I live next to 3 5-Star properties and all are dilapidated and residents are un-vetted to live in a residential community; extremely loud vocally at all hours, properties un-cared for, no respect for neighbors, no dignity for property and despite continued complaints, 5 Star maintains ignorance. Do not do business with this company!
