I would give this practice a 100 stars if I could.

To give just 5 stars is not enough, they deserve 100 of them. I had an AVM surgery. He showed me every scan of my arteries and explained everything clearly. I felt calm before my surgery only thanks to him. This is the best care and treatment you can get, not just in New York, but worldwide. I came from Europe to specially see dr. Greuner and glad I did. No wonder he is ranked as top 5 doctors in the world. He is so carrying, knowledgeable and genuinely an amazing person. The staff and dr. Tonis were so friendly and welcoming, they took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all the questions that I had. They followed up after the procedure to make sure everything was good with me before my traveling back to Europe. They don't just treat you, they make sure you leave their office healthy, pain free and with a smile on your face. I can't thank you enough how you changed my life. From constantly being in pain to being pain free, really increased quality of my life.

I was very excited about getting my first injection as he seemed competent. Rare. What happened to me today felt more like assault. I have been assaulted before and I feel just as disembodied. I was told I would receive local anesthesia before my procedure and I did not. During the procedure Dr. Leftkowitz had a conversation with his pre-med assistant about where he might go for the summer. During this time he did not tell me when he would start and he did not apply local anesthesia. Did not say "little pinch" nor "big pinch" At one point I actually screamed "what the hell are you doing?!" And. When he was done he actually said see you're all better! And rubbed my head like I was a child. The braggadocio! The racism! Uhhh no. I'm 46 and No one has ever rubbed or patted me on the head. No PoC would ever. Perhaps God sent me there to teach. Perhaps there is no God. But he bout to learn something. Honey this is not okay." I went over to CMS at Medicare to start that complaint and am all set to call my friends in Albany at the Office of Professional Medical Conduct Central Intake Unit. Whether I complete those reports is up to your office. See, after Dr. Frazier messed up my fusion and destroyed my life and career, I learned quite a lot about patient's rights. DO NOT SEE HIM AND IF HE HURTS YOU AFTER 4.13.2022 WE WILL ALL SUE THE BLEEP OUT OF HIM.

Patients only in the waiting area once you've checked in with the desk. Masks provided and is required upon entry. I felt really comfortable with their social distancing measures and the waiting area was very orderly and clean. Based on a friend's referral, I was here to meet with Dr. Mark Dobriner for my colon health check. He was highly recommended and has 20+ years experience in the Colon and Rectal care. He's also the Head Surgeon in this particular expertise. He was approachable and displayed empathy for my reason in having a consult. Everything was explained thoroughly in regards to the plan for my colonoscopy. There were many guidelines that he went over, along with an appointed nurse that provided me with a full informational packet regarding the pre-procedure prep I needed to follow. COVID PCR testing is still required three days before the procedure as well as a Rapid Test the day before. Keep that in mind when booking your appointment. The whole process of booking my first consult to the quick scheduling of my procedure, I felt that they wasted no time and that was very appreciated on my part. During the Pandemic, I noticed a big lag in appointment scheduling and response time in general for non emergencies so the ease ProHealth provided here gave me a sense of instant relief. Dr. Dobriner, along with my anesthesiologist Dr. Schreiber and my positive experience with Nurse Jenelle the day of, put me at ease for my first time procedure. I was calm going in, felt all my questions were answered and while I was worried about the outcome, the whole process was not stressful at all. I commend them on their service. And yes, it's true what they say, the Prep is worse than the procedure. Colon Health screening is important! Don't put it off people!
