His hands were heavy for my choice that it chipped off one of my old fillings in the process and he tells me I need new fillings. I feel this is a rip off. Dr. Gildenhorn was amazing he explained everything to me. Beyond the procedure I have to say his personality is amazing. He's funny and direct and really cares You can tell he is super busy but I would expect that from a great dentist. Thanks to him I felt comfortable and appreciated. His assistant Maria was a doll. She completely made me feel great and she was very personable. Her smile made me feel great to have her around. She's beautiful inside and out. The procedure unfortunately did not help but it was perfectly done. I have no complaints or regrets. It's just one of those moments where luck wasn't on my side. Since I was indeed in dire pain I came back to him for a check up. The X-ray showed nothing but we decided on a root canal because of the excruciating pain. He apologized over and over and said he didn't like to see me in pain so he asked to give me an appt to Dr. Tran the specialist for a root canal ASAP. I only had to wait a day for her to be in office. Oh man I cannot express enough gratitude to her and her assistant Jessica. I myself am not your average person. I like to show love and appreciation to people. My own way of making the world a better place one person at a time. And they were very accommodating to me. They even played my favorite music while I had my procedure to calm me down and give me a more comfortable experience. I'd also like to take a moment to thank the front desk staff members I met. He has referred me to great specialists (endodontists, orthodontists).
