Called Jeff's team for help, told that they don't write the checks, don't approve the claims and are simply middle men in the process. State Farm has not been responsive to calls and call backs, constant delays and requests for additional information after providing what was asked for originally. In lieu of helping, referred me to the state insurance commissioner. Was hoping the office would help instead of the commissioner. Will try both avenues now.
