The Principals are very poor communicators (they rarely answer eMails or take forever before they do) and they rely too much on lower level clerks to prepare Tax Returns and on Tax Prep Software ( I think they use Quick Books) and no time on "Human" review of Tax returns. Nothing wrong with Quick Books but how can they justify hours of Billed time for entering numbers in their computer program? I never get any questions about my returns, only large invoices and lots of money due to the IRS. I never seem to get any refunds, only large amounts of Tax Due. I follow their Tax Advice and still have to pay in large sums every year. Look at other Accounting Firms before choosing this one as a last resort.

Jan 22: agent emailed to me the umbrella declaration page, *3 weeks* after the payment cleared. This is similar to other interactions with the office, in which I had to be the one to follow up.
