Worst experience ever! We paid almost $1,300 for the valances (pictured here). We obviously can't…read moreuse them as they are hideous and have exposed staples, are crooked, dip in the middle and are rippled. Stephen was late in getting the valances done and asked for another day because he was having "an issue" and had to "fix it". We were disappointed when we picked them up. He offered no refunds and said we asked for crooked curtains with staples and said we AGREED TO PAY EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T TURN OUT. Who would agree to that? Nobody!
