I bought the maintenance program but was not told that they won't come on Saturdays when I purchased it. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and am undergoing treatment during the day. I asked if they could come out on Saturday to do the maintenance just this once and they said no. I explained I was in treatment and undergoing chemo and radiation and just needed help this one time and they still said no. A little kindness goes a long way. I will remember this.
