The reasons for the FHA denial were absolutely ludicrous. Made zero sense. The whole process was literal torture. Asking for the same documents over and over, every day they needed something else, underwriters had their head up their ass, communication very sporadic. It was actually insulting. Will be filing multiple complaints against this "Mortgage Scammer" with whoever I can because what they did to us was absolutely terrible. We have owned multiple homes in the past and they were by far the worst broker/lender we have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!! Went with another lender who got us CLEAR TO CLOSE on an FHA in 10 days with lower rate, lower payment, and less money down than this joke of a broker ever quoted us.
