I have had them most of my life and have never had this big piece of metal behind the bridge. I was shocked when I saw it. As you can tell the other side does not have that metal grill. It looks so unprofessional and looks as if they were in a hurry and slapped that on. I would hope no one else gets a bridge done there.

The surgeon was very attuned to my pain and the procedure went by so quickly, I was shocked--in a good way because I expected it to be longer and more painful (I had two teeth removed). He was available for check ups when I did experience pain which is huge if you've ever tried to heal from a wisdom tooth extraction. The dentist on staff are very kind and informative. They asked about some of my concerns, drafted a treatment plan and walked me through it step by step, identifying the areas of need and what the next steps we needed to take to address different issues. I scheduled a cleaning today and shout out to the dental hygienist, (Gabby, I believe)! She was amazing! She very welcoming and considerate of my pain threshold but also reassuring and caring. I also appreciate that the front desk staff are professional and very helpful especially with scheduling and insurance--researching what procedures are covered and the price points. I never feel like this office is overcharging or trying to price gouge. Ive been to other places in the past where procedures are pricey and questionable but I genuinely trust that this office has my health and best interest in mind when it comes to the treatment plan. When I left the office today I kept thinking to myself, "I've never felt so comfortable and taken care of at a dental office" and that's the kind of experience you want at a dentist office. I had a horrific experience getting a teeth cleaning via Dr fanger. I'm not sure if he is a regular dr there or a student, But he by far was unprofessional and caused me weeks of pain after my cleaning. I missed my appointment in March due to the circumstances at hand. My teeth are in wonderful condition and I had last had xrays in sept 2019. I opted to not get them yesterday as I just needed a cleaning, and I also have been affected so I frankly didn't have the extra Money to do it nor did I need it. I had let them know over the phone when booking that it was a cleaning only but when I re mentioned it, it seemed like I was a hassle. After that, your hygienist took care of her duties, very nice and easy. (Front desk worker is a lovey person as well) The dentist was to do my cleaning, I did not recognize him from your website and I do not remember his name. He asked if the sonic cleaner was ok and I said absolutely as I've been having that done for years with no issue. He gets started and within minutes of the cleaning stabbed me in my lower gum so hard I actually jumped up and eased what the hell he was doing. I've never had a painful dental situation, I was even awake for my wisdom feel being removed. I have a high pain tolerance and zero dental procedure fear. He made a half hearted apology and carried on after making me feel like he was frustrated that he will have to manually scrape my teeth. He went on to be so rough that three more times he jabbed me the on the forth I had to tell him to stop and he remarked "well it's not bleeding". Through out this was a lack of suction so I was unable to even communicate. So much so that in all my years of going to dentists I had to wave at him to do it. So I paid and left and frankly my teeth still hurt, and I ended up with a headache from it. I'm not sure what the next step is but I'm hugely disappointed with the treatment I received from the dentist, not sure why he had such an aggressive hand and attitude. By the end I felt like I was assaulted. I'm still awaiting the owner to contact me about this issue. I have great teeth, I had a great dentist up north but my work schedule doesn't coincide with their open hours. So I tried out this place to find something that would work. I'll absolutely be going back to my old dr, and just take the hit not working.

They're never rude or disrespectful towards anyone and explain insurance, procedures, appointment times as many times as needed to avoid any miscommunication. And they aren't afraid to tell you that they know what's best for you!! they feel like family, from Dr. Bajwa working hard to keep your mouth healthy whilst making sure you feel comfortable with the process, to the Hygienists (Tina, Angie, Nada, and Mariana) who make polite conversation, are super gentle if you tell them you have any pain, and generally make you feel more relaxed as the dentist could be a stressful place at times. But my favourite person there is Crystal! she's so sweet and kind and never misses a beat when it comes to you. She always lets me know the dates of my appointments more than once! She's a sweetheart and isn't afraid to show a little compassion and empathy, and the only dental office person i know to accept hugs! But she still has to do her job! so cancel before it's too late, and don't blame others for your own mistakes either, we're all adults here. :) All in All, i've been going to this dentistry all my life, my parents and grandparents have gone here and so will my kids! As long as there is a dentist named Dr. Bajwa and a dental receptionist named Crystal, I really can't see how you could go wrong with this place.
