Great for allergic reactions, awful for X-rays! Went in on Saturday for an X-ray and I was told…read morethat I would have an answer by Saturday evening or sometime Sunday because they had to send it off. I called on Sunday for the results and I was told that the place they send X-rays to was closed on Sundays, that they would know something by Monday. On Monday when I called they said they hadn't sent it over to the place to have it read, but would and they would know something by the end of the day. I called back at the end of the day and they still didn't have the results. They did give me the number to the place they send the X-rays to so I called them and left a message. The man quickly called me back and said he didn't have my X-rays, but he did list off all the last names of the ones sent over by Xpress and other urgent cares who use their services. He asked me if I could take a photo of my X-rays and text them to him while we were on the phone and he'd read them. Since I don't have access to those X-rays I was unable to! Due to the run around by this place I had no choice but to go to another urgent care, Beaumont Urgent Care, for X-rays!! Beaumont was able to do my x-rays, give me the results and have me out of there within forty minutes!!

I've had a chronic exhaustion condition for several years and mainstream medicine hasn't been any help so I figured why not give it a try. After finding parking and coming into my first appointment I was impressed with my entire experience there. To be honest it's not the fanciest of places but you could tell everything was kept very clean and sanitary in the office. Dr Noonan(Rose) was very patient during the process of going over my medical history and very open minded about my experiences with my condition. After an examination she was able to confidently come up with a treatment plan composed of accupuncture and something called cupping. Honestly I had expected there to be some pain and discomfort through the process but I didn't feel anything more than a flick of a finger against my skin. Couldn't feel the needle at all! Also the cupping was really surprisingly therapeutic and helped loosen up some locked muscle groups. The part that really blew me away was the day after the appointment. I had a little soreness but I had enough energy to do things that I haven't been able to do in a long time, and it's only been improving since. After a couple days the soreness was completely gone and I'm doing better. I've set up a regular appointment schedule at this point and I am really looking forward to continued improvement. The session was painless and quite relaxing, and I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I suffer from terrible mood swings and general lack of energy, and seeing Dr. Noonan has changed me for the better. The herbal medicine and acupuncture sessions have greatly lessened my mood swings and I feel much more energized. I can't recommend Oriental Rose highly enough.
