From my PCOS diagnosis, to infertility treatment, to my pregnancy/miscarriage and back to ovulation stimulation, Dr. Singh and her office have been amazing at providing thorough and compassionate care. There was no callback or electronic message. By that time, I had already gone to the ER on the advice of my physician's office and found out I was miscarrying. To make matters worse, I had my first appointment with Dr. Li, and he was 50 minutes late. He showed no empathy whatsoever for our situation, offering no words of consolation for our loss and no apology for the delay. He appeared unprepared and unfamiliar with my medical history. I had to repeatedly explain my diagnoses and prior health events, which made it clear he had not reviewed my chart beforehand. After speaking with us for a brief minute or so, he left the room to fetch and review my ER ultrasound. My husband even asked if that was supposed to be the entire appointment. When Dr. Li returned, he offered only minimal information and support, even when we asked if there were specific precautions or symptoms to watch for given my existing health issues.

They keep prescribing meds that are not covered by my insurance. They don't care they don't even attempt to get to know you for your journey. No resources for wic or anything no do's and donts on what to eat drink what's good for baby what's not no birthing plan absolutely nothing! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!! Parking is available on the street and there is more than one parking garage nearby. If you park in one of the lots there are a few designated spots for this clinic and they (they clinic) ask you to give them your vehicle info when you come in so they know you are parked there. That is probably the only sort of unusual thing about this clinic. Staff is very friendly and professional and everyone here will go out of their way to help you to the best of their ability.
